Our Partnership with NICC: Nurturing Youth Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation
The National Incubation Center of Cambodia (NICC) is a dynamic platform dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development in Cambodia. NICC supports entrepreneurs and start-ups in transforming promising ideas into viable and sustainable businesses by providing practical guidance, professional development, and access to an enabling entrepreneurial environment.
NICC offers comprehensive support to entrepreneurs at different stages of business development, from early-stage ideas to business growth. Its key services include business incubation, professional training, mentorship, office space, and connections to experienced industry professionals. Through its incubation program, NICC helps start-ups develop their business models, strengthen their operations, and prepare for sustainable growth. Its training and mentoring programs also equip entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, skills, insights, and guidance to respond effectively to business challenges.
NICC is an implementing partner of ChorogUsan for children Cambodia under the KOICA-funded DYNAMIC Project. Through this partnership, NICC contributes its technical expertise and experience in business incubation, entrepreneurship education, mentoring, and start-up development to support young Cambodian entrepreneurs, particularly those pursuing opportunities within the agricultural sector.
As part of the project, NICC helps aspiring young entrepreneurs refine their business ideas, strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities, and develop practical plans for establishing and growing sustainable enterprises. NICC also contributes to strengthening Cambodia’s entrepreneurship support system by promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and stronger connections among entrepreneurs, mentors, educational institutions, and relevant industry stakeholders.
Through this collaboration, ChorogUsan for children Cambodia and NICC are working together to create meaningful opportunities for Cambodian youth to turn innovative ideas into sustainable businesses.
